Mission Statement

Nine One Eight Clothing Company is derived from the area code of Tulsa, Oklahoma: 918. NOE Clothing began to provide a fashionable space to represent the city and to do everything possible to bring individuality and unity as a community. 

Vision

Nine One Eight Clothing Company’s vision is to represent Tulsa, Oklahoma through apparel that is comfortable, gratifying, and universal.

Color & Symbolism

October 3, 2018, Tulsa, OK adopted the new flag you see around today. It is represented by 4 different colors derived from Blue, Red, Yellow, and White.

Blue

The blue in the Tulsa flag is used to symbolized the Arkansas River that flows through the city.

Mustard #EBAD21

Yellow

The yellow in the Tulsa flag is used to represent numerous aspects. The "Black Gold" discovered in 1901 contributed to Tulsa's success and development as a city. The shield represents Native Americans who were forced to relocate, and additionally, the shield represents the original Oklahoma flag.

Red

The color red in the Tulsa flag represents the bloodshed that occurred during the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, which decimated the most thriving African American community, Black Wall Street.

White

The color white, or more precisely, beige, in the Tulsa flag represents the warmth and community that surround the Tulsa region. The star is specifically intended to symbolize Tulsa's bright and promising future.
